Paypal Seller Protection
Every sale you make via Paypal on HellaBlack is covered by PayPal Seller Protection so long as the transaction aligns with the necessary requirements for eligibility.
- Transaction was completed on HellaBlack (not offsite) and all seller/buyer communication regarding the transaction was done via the HellaBlack platform.
- Item was shipped to the provided address (as listed on the Transactions Details page) with proper tracking information.
Stripe Chargeback Protection
Every sale you make via Stripe on HellaBlack is covered by Stripe Chargeback Protection so long as the transaction meets these conditions.
When you make a purchase from a seller, funds are directly released to the seller. We request that buyers ensure the sellers provide shipment tracking on all orders. All purchases made through a PayPal or Stripe account are protected via Paypal Purchase Protection or Stripe Buyer Protection, respectively.. Having a PayPal or Stripe account allows us to verify the identity of both parties and ensure the transaction is legit. Guest Checkout purchases are not protected by PayPal nor Stripe.
