Order Notifications

When an order is submitted, the customer will automatically receive an email notification that the order has been placed successfully. You can notify the customer via Shipment Details on the Order Details page in the bottom right corner. 

To do this, go to Orders -> View Orders -> Select Order Id -> Create detailed shipment. See here for instructions on how to notify the customer.
