1. Contact Your Seller
Each shop on HellaBlack is independent. Refunds, exchanges and returns policies varies from seller to seller. Refer to their Shop Policies on the seller page. If you have a question about a recent order, the seller is the best person to ask.
2. Open a Case
If you and the seller cannot resolve a problem with your order, you may be eligible to open a case. If you purchased your goods via Paypal, contact the Paypal Resolution Center. If you purchased goods via Stripe, contact the Stripe Support Center.
3. Keep HellaBlack Informed
After you open a case, keep the HellaBlack team informed. HellaBlack can act as a mediator between you and your seller.
