- Register an account on UPS web site (if you don’t have one).
- After registration, open the following link: https://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit?loc=en_US and click Request an access key.
- Enter your contact and account information and select Request Access Key to continue.
Note: If you have trouble with getting your rates access key, please visit the UPS Help and Support Center and submit a UPS support desk ticket. Occasionally, their calculation service will be temporarily down for routine maintenance.
