How are shipping costs in a cart shared between sellers?

 Customers are charged individual seller shipping costs, and therefore seller shipping rules/costs/terms only apply to your shop items.  For example, if a seller sets a rule of free shipping on purchases over $65, then the customer would receive free shipping for only those items in the cart from that particular seller that is $65 or over.
